In keeping with the success of "Jai Santoshi Maa," several copy-cat films were made in the mid to late 70s. This is the theme song from "Jai Mahalaxmi Maa" which also starred Kanan Kaushal and Ashish Kumar from "Jai Santoshi Maa." The Goddess Lakshmi is played by Anita Guha who also played Santoshi Mata in "Jai Santoshi Maa." This film is about the Goddess who resides in the famous Mahalakshmi temple in Mumbai.
